  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. All orders are shipped via AusPost and include a tracking number. Please use the tracking information to estimate your delivery time.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors outside our control.

  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship Luminar Elixir products outside of Australia.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Luminar Elixir Return Policy/Refunds: Due to the nature of this business, products, customised or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Flower Therapy/Energetic Alchemy: No refunds will be given.

  • Service Cancellations: Cancellations for services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed according to our refund policy.
